This series began with a simple desire to take myself less seriously. What started as a few intentionally childlike drawings blossomed into a unique style of art that applies art and design principles I've learned over the years towards a medium that typically only children use. One of the main characters, Captain Harold, is based off of a pet axolotl I used to have named Harold. My hope is that this art can bring joy to children, young and old.
